Bobbleheads: Real & Fantastical Heroism exhibition will be on view from January 22 through April 30, 2016

RedLine Milwaukee and The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum have teamed up to bring Milwaukee the first glimpse of the future museum in an unforgettable exhibition: Bobbleheads: Real & Fantastical Heroism. Open from January 22 to April 30, 2016 this exhibition is free and open to the public. Thursday 10am-7pm, and Friday & Saturday 10am-3pm.

In a world that is changing to place more value on the creative class and places for makers, Redline Milwaukee will feature exhibitions that pay homage to artists who make everyday a makers day. Bobbleheads: Real & Fantastical Heroism is an integral part within Redline Milwaukee’s 2015-2016 exhibition series and is the perfect exhibit to start the conversation about the changing world of art, exploring the increasing emphasis and value placed on the creative class and places for makers. With a focus on heroes, these exhibitions examines human subjects, natural environments, and objects working in collaboration.

Bobbleheads: Real & Fantastical Heroism offers an opportunity to establish the historical and education curriculum. Artwork from the Bobblehead Hall of Fame Mascot Design contest open to all children in the U.S., will be prominently displayed as a prominent of the exhibition. Educational curriculum, workshops and public programming at Redline Milwaukee will examine the important role artists play in crafting cultural identity through storytelling.
