Carly Huibregtse is a Milwaukee-based artist who works primarily in print and collage and has a growing interest in installation. She creates work that is playful and lighthearted, and is interested in bridging the gap between the art world and the real world, creating all-inclusive experiences.
Huibregtse received her BFA in Printmaking from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in 2011. Soon after, she spent a year living in the Netherlands, working as an au pair, collaborating with the 5 and 7 year old girls she babysat, and spending her free time traveling through Europe. After 2 years without a studio, she is excited to get to work at RedLine!
