The RedLine Community Shop enters its third year with a focus on print, paper, bookmaking and our newly added textile design lab. In its early stage of growth we have held classes, workshops, open studio sessions, established a strategic planning committee, and received a Brico grant to support our first RedLine programs catalog.
Our shop is a vital resource for:
-local and visiting artists participating in our professional development program.
-nationally known exhibiting artists producing new artwork.
-school groups, teachers and teachers-in-training searching for an extended classroom environment.
-and the larger Milwaukee community, learning, playing and working in the historically rich medium of print.
For those of you who have worked so hard on this endeavor, thank you! To those who have yet to participate in our diverse programming, we say: Welcome, come and join us!
